Your Inspection
What to expect from your inspection.
You’re not just getting a report. You’re getting me walking through the property with you.
Whether you’re buying, selling, or maintaining a home — at the Shore or anywhere in NJ — I take the time to teach you as much as you want to learn. What’s a concern, what can wait, and what’s just normal wear for a coastal home. You leave knowing exactly what you have.
I follow the New Jersey Standards of Practice for home inspectors — the state-established guidelines covering every major system and component a licensed inspector must evaluate. That’s the floor. My standard is higher.
After the walkthrough, you’ll receive your report in HTML and PDF format within 24 hours. Every finding is documented with photos so you can reference exactly what we talked about, share it with your agent, and use it with confidence.
