Indoor Air Quality Inspection

Breathe Easier with Confidence.

Certified Testing for a Healthier Home.

Your home’s indoor air quality directly affects your comfort and health. Hidden moisture, poor ventilation, and undetected mold can contribute to allergies, asthma, and unpleasant odors.

Our Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) Inspection identifies potential air contaminants and provides clear, lab-based results to help you maintain a healthy indoor environment.

What's Included

Visual & Environmental Assessment

We begin with a top-to-bottom inspection of the property, identifying possible sources of air quality issues such as:

  • Past or current moisture intrusion
  • Mold or mildew growth
  • Poor ventilation or humidity control
  • HVAC or duct system concerns

Professional Air Sampling

Our standard IAQ inspection includes:

  • Three air samples: two indoor and one outdoor (used as a control sample).
  • Samples are analyzed by a certified laboratory to identify and quantify airborne mold spores and other particulates.

Additional air or surface samples can be collected as needed to further pinpoint problem areas.

Detailed Lab Report

You’ll receive a comprehensive, easy-to-understand report that includes:

  • Laboratory results with spore identification and counts
  • Photos and analysis of suspect areas
  • Moisture readings and thermal images
  • Actionable recommendations for remediation and prevention
