Meet Greg

I’m Greg Castiglione a licensed NJ home inspector, electrician, and lifelong Jersey Shore resident.Growing up in a family real estate business, I was on job sites before I was old enough to drive. I spent over a decade as an electrician, which means I understand how homes are actually built not just how they look on the surface.I started GC Property Inspections because I saw how many buyers were getting generic inspections from people who didn’t understand the Shore market. Coastal homes are different. Flood zones, saltwater air, aging infrastructure, post-storm repairs that may or may not have been done right you need someone who’s seen it all.  I inspect with the same attention I’d want someone giving my own family’s home. You’ll get a straight answer, a thorough report, and someone you can call after closing if you have questions. That’s the job. Let’s get to work.
